I felt compelled to recognize an exceptional experience I had at Starbucks this past Thursday all thanks to Steph. I was extremely sick and losing my voice, and had no idea what to order when I got to the drive-thru. Steph helped me, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive despite how difficult it was for me to speak. She took the time to understand what I needed and recommended the “Honey Citrus Mint Tea,” which was exactly what I needed. What stood out most was her calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring approach throughout the interaction. She made the entire experience feel easy, comforting, and far beyond a typical drive-thru visit. Thank you Steph!!
This location is amazing! The team is always so kind and efficient, and the drinks are consistently great. One of the baristas, Zoey, especially goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. It really makes a difference! Definitely my go-to spot!
Let me tell you, the best matcha i’ve ever tasted. Havalynn and Stephanie are the two sweetest baristas you will ever meet with the best customer service and even better drink making skills. Highly recommend you come to this starbucks and try Stephenie’s special matcha for yourself. both girls deserve a raise.
